Block PArty 2023
For residents who are looking to have a block party this year, please find the application form here. We ask that the petitioner return the completed application to our office at least one week prior to your event.
If you are interested in having a bouncy house at your block party, the Jumping Jack program will provide one at no cost to the applicant. Reservations are first come, first serve.
Chicago Fire Department can also bring fire truck to your block party to engage with kids and provide fire safety information! Please call our office at 773-523-4100 to make this request at least 2 weeks prior to your block party.
Disability parking
For those who require a disability handicap parking spot in front of your home, please find the application form here.
Applicants are required to send proof of residency, copy of your State of IL disability placard, and a $70 application fee (check or money order). Applications must be mailed out to:

Garage, Yard & Apartment Sale Permit
Planning on having a sidewalk/yard sale this summer? File your permit with our office by filling out the following form found here. (Español)
Once completed, please return to the 25th Ward Office either in-person or electronically at Ward25@cityofchicago.org with a copy of your ID/proof of address.
To establish a new residential permit parking zone on your block, residents must obtain at least 65% of signatures for those that reside on the block.
The application can be found here. Please submit completed application either by email or in-person at the 25th Ward office. All residential permit parking applications, once approved will be submitted as ordinances and must be approved through City Council.
